Killion is such an incredible story of the work being done at Sam's Place! Having scoliosis and desperately in need of treatment, Killion received surgery in Dallas for both a corrective spine as well as a heart defect that had to be repaired prior to his spine surgery. He spent a long year away from his family at Sam's Place while recovery in the States, but is now back in Kenya and back to being his basketball playing and joking ways with his friends. Though of course he still misses Whataburger.

Killion recently graduated from high school and is now studying Automobile Engineering at Sikri College!
